Hi I’m Amii, the owner of RWA Studio

I’m here to help women unlock their potential and how to love themselves! I’ve been coaching for 6 years now and I still love providing women with the tools to take care of their mind and body. We are here to transform the way females train for life.

I am here to be your support, your friend and your fountain of knowledge. I’ll show you how to diet, but also how to maintain and keep the weight off!

Personal Trainer

Hi everyone I’m Mol, i have 5 years worth of personal training experience and have been training myself and clients for many years.

I help educate people in fitness and nutrition in the simplest and most realistic way, we’re all human and let’s face it we all enjoy a pizza from time to time!

I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing I value more than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong so come and join me and the gang in a safe and friendly environment.

My journey into fitness started when I left school as I loved sport and keeping active. Now I’ve been a qualified PT and group exercise instructor for over 10 years. During this time I’ve added many more qualifications to allow me to deliver a wide range of classes. I have 2 young children that keep me on my toes. I understand how precious time is with a young family so my classes will always be challenging but fun. Every session will be different. I love meeting new people and hopefully I’ll be able to help you along your fitness journey. So don’t worry about your fitness level…. Come along and see what we’re all about.
